Whole Heart Care Home is locally owned and operated in the Troutdale / Gresham area. Our home is newly constructed and thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of all our residents. As you step inside, you are greeted by large windows that offer ample natural light and an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen area. This warm and inviting space is ideal for entertaining residents and hosting gatherings.

In our fully-equipped kitchen, caregivers prepare wholesome, home-cooked meals every day, ensuring that each resident enjoys nutritious and delicious dining experiences. The home features five spacious resident bedrooms, each equipped with a private closet and half bathroom, promoting comfort and privacy. Additionally, our large full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, designed for accessibility.

Residents and their families can also enjoy the serene covered back patio, a perfect spot to breathe in fresh air, or take a leisurely stroll along our paved sidewalks, further enhancing the sense of community and well-being at Whole Heart Care Home.
